I loveeeee this place. They are affordable and have the best lash techs who are all super sweet. I have seen Sam and Madison and they are both so good! I switch between both girls as my schedule is always different and they never seem to mind which means a lot to me. I went here twice after my long time lash gal moved out of state. I saw Madison and I thought it was strange she took so long on one side. I could feel that the brush was getting stuck in my lashes as she’d brush them. She suggested a lash serum so I purchased it to keep my lashes healthy since I’ve been doing them for a long time. I tried to use it and my lids were so itchy so I stopped using right away (bummer waste of money). I also noticed that I had trouble brushing my lashes when I got home as well. It’s like she got glue in her fans and I couldn’t properly brush them out. I went back after 10 days (shorter than I normally would) to see another gal, Sam, since many had fallen out. The same thing happened, I couldn’t properly brush them, and my lids got itchy. I don’t know what they are doing to make their fans but it’s not a good process. I think they make them as they go and get glue all over them. Other places I’ve been to use premade fans or make them beforehand. I also felt it took way too long with both gals I went to. Other places take an hour for a fill. Both took well over an hour. I tried to get ahold of someone to discuss all of this and have yet to hear back.
