I arrived at lash out a little early so I sat waiting my appointment was at 11:30 and the Mayra the lady who was supposed to be doing my lashes was doing a lash lift so we did not start until around 11:45. And even when she was doing my lashes she would stop and attend to the lash lift client. On top of that I booked the appointment expecting it to be 55 minutes to an hour because that’s what the site said on my reservation she did not finish until 1:30…and as soon as I left I noticed the left side was not as full as the right side. That may be because I was impatient to leave because I had things to do because I only expected to be there for 1 hour. Nevertheless, the quality of work was not good the closer I looked at them. I thought about going back but it wasn’t worth it. They also have a weird policy of if there is fall out you can go back in two days..why should there even be fall out if they did it correctly? But yes there was fallout attached below is a picture of the left lash 4 days after

The first time I came I went for an eyelash perm I was satisfied with the results, but they could’ve been better due to my left lashes being more lifted than my right lashes. The second time I booked an appointment I showed up, but no one was there. The door was locked and the lights were off. I waited for 30 minutes outside of their business, and called 4 times with no answer. After my final call I received an automated iPhone text saying “Can I call you later?” Then when I responded to the text asking if they were going to cancel or reschedule there was no response. I finally left in shock that a business would be this unprofessional.

They had a nice sitting area up front and lighting was great indoors. Very clean and roomy…I felt comfortable and could be myself around the employees! And most importantly I loved the work they did!
