Got my nails and brows done for my wedding. Elaine is really good at brow shaping without it being too over the top. These are NOT my real nails hahaha! The gel nails look great very natural and and are super sturdy!! No chipping. These photos are taken 2 weeks after my visit and still look great. Highly recommend.

I was in need of a manicure and pedicure badly. I discovered this new nail salon near me, which was perfect. I called at 5:15 pm and spoke with Maria. She told me to come in and that I would be seen. After patienly waiting 1 hour and 27 minutes, Maria books an appointment via the phone. After hanging up, Maria told me that she could not do my manicure or pedicure. I expressed my disappointment with the way the business handled the situation. Maria dismissed the situation carelessly. After walking out of the location, I called back to get the owner’s information. Spoke with Emma, whom told me that she called me twice, although I was wearing headphones while entertaining myself for the long wait. The business is only so big. She could have walked up to me to get my attention. Emma gave multiple excuses of whom the owner is or when the owner would be there. As a business, this is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Although this business is the most convenient location near my home, I’d rather drive 1,000 miles than visit this location, which is in walking distance of my home. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely adoreee this place!! I had Eylen as a walk in and she took such great care of me!! We did the Jimmy Gel nails to help grow my nails out and wow they are just so so beautifully done ♥️♥️♥️ I also did a gel pedicure. She was able to get all my ingrowns out and it was sooo relaxing. Positive: Quality, ValueI was looking for a place that doesn’t close its doors on Mondays. My surprise was not only is this place open on Mondays but also the professionalism of the staff working there. I was welcomed with huge smiles (even though I was a walk-in) and soon was seated to do my nails (current appointment called to cancel). After my arrival, three more clients arrived like me without appointment.The lady who attended me was very sweet explaining to me the best options for my cracked nails (Her method is working very well so far and have gotten a lot of praise) Later on during the appointment I was seated on the pedicure chair and pampered myself with a full massage of my legs with heat, cream, scrub, the works. I deeply thanked the person who did it because she removed with so much care and patience the hangnails crushing my toes whenever I work out. The spa makes you feel relaxed and cared for.
