Very rude and disrespectful. I held my hand out for the younger manicurist to place the gel color book in it and she tossed it quickly and aggressively across the table. It slide and hit me in my breast. I explained to her what happened and stated, “I understand you may be in a rush but an apology would go a long way.” She first gave an excuse for her behavior, then tried to explain it away and then stated “it is what it is.” I asked again for an apology– calmly and respectfully and she final gave me an insecure “sorry.” I asked for the manager. She said they were not there and then I asked for the name of the owner and she said they were out of town. I asked for their name but she refused to provide it.

I was overcharged when I said something the nail tech “cut me a deal” this same nail tech intentionally hurt my fingernails and complained about my polish to which the other men mocked me. He also said he would ruin my nails and they only lasted 2 days. The man mocking saying I needed a pedicure couldn’t touch my feet ever again. That was the worst pedicure of my life. 3 of my toenails chipped, that’s never happened before. They were unprofessional and unpleasant towards accommodating requests. I refuse to patron their business anymore. It isn’t worth it.

These folks full of S***… Heard them telling one lady as I was waiting to get me and my daughters nails done that they don’t offer regular polish , basically she could get only gel or dip . And I’m obviously looking at regular polish on the walls . When it was my turn I asked how much for a pedicure with regular polish, I was told $60 with gel I responded no I want regular they said $55. Mind u they just said they don’t have regular polish. If they can get over on you they will. Then tried to charge me $25 just to get my 7 y/o daughters painted only . We left and went to north park . Better service and price . Trust me

The worst nail shop I have ever been to! The first time I went I paid $110 for a full set, toes, and eyebrows. Today I went she tried to charge me $145 for THE SAME EXACT SERVICE. When I mentioned the price to her she became combative and said “Do you want me to cut the nails off” instead of owning to the fact she overcharged me. Never again the nails were super basic and she’s wrong for overcharging.

My mom had lashes put on and after a month of wear she tried removing. However, due to them being put on with incorrect glue, 75% of her real lashes came out with the fake lashes. Had the correct lash glue been used this could have been avoided.

I wanted to get my nails done as a graduation gift for myself, and I was not happy at all. They were pretty busy, so there was a little bit of a wait which is understandable, but when they finally got to me they basically just rushed through everything to take my money and get me out the door. I got a simple gel manicure, and they hardly treated me like a valued costumer. If they’re willing to accept walk-ins then they need to plan extra time out of their day to still treat them nicely. Definitely not worth $40 without any sort of tip. I literally could have done the same quality of job as they did for $5 nail polish.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI really hate leaving bad reviews but I’ve tried giving this place a shot… three times. I really WANTED it to be better. First visit was rushed and I’d asked for an accent nail gem and was told they didn’t do that (even though the box was sitting behind her) so okay. Then charged $10 extra for my nail color selection after I was given one small sample to look at that didn’t have anything I liked and the bottle had a price tag of $8 FOR THE WHOLE BOTTLE and $5-10 extra for the almond shape. It felt rushed but the kicker was when leaving realizing the tips were razor sharp – like drew blood while getting dressed! The price was $75/$85 with tip. Second visit was for fill in & one replacement, and $5 extra for same polish – The guy was my absolute FAVORITE. They looked stunning and more natural (less thick bc he took some off) and I go to pay and it’s $45/$55 with tip. Third visit, another guy, was so-so and I will say he was thorough, didn’t rush, and ABSOLUTELY no mention of certain “price increase” but I had a general idea so again I REALLY wanted to like it and was pleased when he said they did accent nails! I showed him exactly what I wanted but he just kept putting huge ones on there. After it was finally fixed and upon checking out it’s $85/$95 with tip. I am MORE than happy to pay a premium price for a premium product/service- but this has been sub-par at best. The tips had SO MUCH residue it looks terrible, product was left all over my hands, they’re all different lengths, thicknesses, and shapes… and the one on my thumb? AWFUL and super short compared to the rest. I wanted it to work out bc I live so close and it’s on my way home but I’m not sure if I’ll be returning. Almost $100 for nails I am almost embarrassed about? No thanks.I really hate leaving bad reviews but I’ve tried giving this place a shot… three times. I really WANTED it to be better. The young lady that did the pedicure was very professional really sweet and fantastic but the young lady who does the eyelashes has a very disturbing attitude when I was trying to tell her that I did not want the lasses that long she showed me the lashes she would use and proceeded without asking me how I would like them place which means I’d like to strip on top of the eyelid not under the way she did with irritated my eye so I had to have them taken off which cause my own eyelashes to come off with they fake ones that was way too much glue will not be doing that again

Critical: ValueThey continuously underhandedly overcharge you like you’re slow and won’t check them. $70 for gel polish ONLY on hands and toes. Gel is $25 . I got a fill in on my overlay I had on my two big toes , which shouldn’t be $5 each . And she suggested I need an overlay on one broken nail . Which I denied at first but she put it in anyways . So you’re telling me one nail overlay is $10?? Where is the extra $$ coming from.
