I was referred to lash me lounge about a year ago by a family friend. The service has always been beautifully done but the owner Bree has been late to every single appointment I’ve ever scheduled with her. Today my total was $110 for a 90 min session but she only completed 75 mins and yet still wanted the same pay. Letting her know just how unprofessional she is, her response was “I don’t have to be professional in this profession”. Customer service is everything and so is being professional in this business. I don’t recommend coming here!!!! LATE, RUDE, NOT DEPENDABLE…

Scheduled a 9am appointment for Saturday Jan 30th, showed up 15 min early, waited another 30 minutes to see if anyone would show up. No one ever came and the phone number listed had a full voicemail box. Hopefully I can get my $210 dollars back for the service I never received. Leila is amazing! I’ve been getting lashes for 5+ years and she’s one of the best! The quality of lashes/glue they use is also superior and I’m able to go 4 weeks between fills most times. I highly recommend Leila and Lash Me Lounge for a professional experience!

I had a terrible experience at Lash Me Lounge 3 days before my wedding. The appointment lasted 4 hours when I was told that it would only last up to 3. The last 1-2 hours I was extremely uncomfortable due to the plastic pad continuously being pushed into my eye. When I mentioned it to the technician, I was ignored. When she was finished, my eye began to burn and water. She handed me a tissue and told me that it was normal. The next day my eye was very red and the burning continued. I went to the doctors that day and he told me that I had an eye infection. I sent emails to Lash Me Lounge along with pictures politely asking for a refund and was denied. Brides Beware.

Beautiful place & amazing service! They went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and had an enjoyable first experience. The technician took her time and was very thorough with the application process. While it is a little pricey, you certainly get what you pay for. I highly recommend Lash Me Lounge for anyone who is considering getting lash extensions.
