I have been coming to Shannon for I think a year now and let me tell you it was the best decision I ever made. I had been to countless lash places who were unprofessional, too pricey for what the result was and always over booked and I was constantly getting canceled on. Since I’ve been coming to Shannon I have never once had a bad experience. Very easy to talk to, and her lash lounge is a safe environment. Very caring and helpful for all things, never once had a bad attitude and is always smiling and there to greet you at the door. Very sanitary, she always has everything very cleaned and organized. As for prices she is very reasonable, especially for her quality. My lashes last 3+ weeks and stay in great condition until I schedule a fill. There were times in between where I took time off from getting my lashes done and as soon as I decided to get a full set again she was able to fit me in no problem! Great quality, great service, I highly recommend Shannon!! Amazing lash artist and an even better friend!

She makes you feel right at home and always very professional with great flexibility for her clients. 1000/10 for the work she puts in!!!! The amount of complements I’ve gotten in just a DAY of having them is way beyond any other lash tech I’ve ever been with!!! Shannon is so kind and professional, she definitely takes care of her clients 100%. She’s flexible & accommodating with scheduling. Making an appointment is super easy and she’s very consistent with keeping in contact. Her studio is very clean and super cute. Making appointments are easy, and she is always quick to respond. Shannon is kind, professional, and remembers details about her clients that make you feel welcome at every appointment. Shannon is the sweetest! She’s always so accommodating and willing to work with your schedule best as she can. She was able to fit me in a week early after I had to cancel due to a work obligation which would have put me 3wks out. She runs a tight business and works very hard to keep everything organized which I admire. My lash retention is unreal and the best I’ve ever had. Her fills are quick and easy. Shannon goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and I look forward to our chats!
