Positive: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityI have been going to Haley for Classics, they look so natural I love them! Haley is a good lash tech, however she is lacking in customer service. She is short and if anything occurs with booking (ie, you book a last minute OPEN appointment and she fails to check her schedule she will make you feel at fault even when she arrives an hour late. She will also most likely make a snarky IG video to post instead of pictures of her work). Her IG comes across as if she is angry at her customers instead of thankful for them. Personally, I like her work but I do not care to give anyone my business who makes me feel like a burden to them. If a dry a holier than thou attitude doesn’t bother you then she is your girl but if you like a warm welcoming atmosphere, I would highly recommend you look elsewhere.

I went to her after going to a very well known (and pricey) lash tech in the area who made me go BALD on my lash line (This is no exaggeration.) not only was she able to hide the gapping while I was working on growing my natural lashes back out, but my extensions have always been comfortable (no itching, pulling, pinching) with great retention and has proven to be so knowledgeable. My before picture is exactly why everyone needs to do their research and money doesn’t always mean they are “better.” Haley is worth every penny, her prices are completely on par and reasonable and will not charge you $350+ for a full set. On the flip side of that, don’t go out getting cheap extensions either, you will end up bald. Like me. And asking Haley to fix all of your problems.
