The facility is BEAUTIFUL and tranquil. I arrived a few minutes early, and my lash tech took me back right at my appointment time. I told her this was my first time ever getting lashes. I was expecting a consultation before starting. I brought a magnetic lash that I had worn as an example of what I wanted. She asked me 2 questions: (1)” You want natural look?” (2)” You want cat eye?” (Now that I think about it and Google some pics, that may have been 1 question with 2 answer choices. IDK.) My appointment took about an hour and 20 minutes. They came out nice, but they are thicker (have more volume) than what I wanted. They’ll have to grow on me. I wanted an elegant look; these look kinda dramatic.

They’ve really gone downhill. I used to come here every from Oct 2017 – Dec 2019. I had an amazing tech and she’s no longer there. During that time Mario also did my lashes once but I don’t recall having any issues. I called a few months ago looking to get lashes again post covid. Mario said he would do my lashes. I know him as the owner. I noticed the first few times that my lashes hurt the day of getting them but thought maybe I just wasn’t used to them like I had been so I kept going. I think I’ve gone maybe 4 or 5 times and this last time, I came home and same day felt my tear duct area irritated. I thought maybe the lashes near my ducts are just too long. They made my eyes water and it was still under 24hrs and didn’t want that so I cut them shorter a bit. Well next day they just overall bothered me still, felt very dry and thick. Hurt when I blinked. I couldn’t stop messing with them so I have pulled out so many lashes of mine that I have none left. Another tech told me that he did not do isolation on my lashes. I thought maybe it was from my eyes watering but a tech told me crying before 24 hrs would only make the extensions fall out and not stick to my lashes, not make them clump. I was wanting to think he wouldn’t have done this to me. I am only posting this because I’ve now lost all my lashes. I should have kept all the fans so you could see some where stuck to 5 or more hairs. Idk what happened this time vs the last times but this was horrible. I am not getting lashes ever again. Thanks.

I’ve been coming to lash junkie for about 2 almost 2 and a half years I’ve stayed w the same tech Emily bc she leaves my lashes extravagant! I went 6 weeks one time with out getting a refill and the quality of my lashes upheld! I’m always pleased with her work I feel very comfortable towards the point I fall asleep on the table most of the time, they will go out of there way to make you feel the most comfortable from music to even accepting PayPal bc what 22 year old doesn’t forget there wallet from time to time they make everything super convenient! much love for this business and how they run it! ❤️❤️

I’ve been going here for the last 3 months and Emily is my tech. She’s really good. My lashes stays on well and they are natural looking just like I want them. She is always on time and even calls me to come in early if she is running ahead of schedule. I like the reminders that are texted to me and the ability to link my appointment to my calendar.

If you’re looking for a lash place this is it! The top two I recommend is Ruby and Mario. Ruby is my favorite though because even though this girl has skills, she’s always so sweet! If you want someone to work on your lashes with the softest touch possible, Ruby is your girl. Just take a look at my eyes right here, this is her work! She always has me looking like a baddie! I’ve been going here for years and I’ve tried several of the girls and I always go back to Ruby. Click on the pics so you can really see.

It’s been a week since I went to this place. I got a lash lift and tint. I did not like them at all. I got them done because I was going on vacation out of town and wanted to save time on curling them every time. Immediately after having the lash tech finish she said that one of my eyelashes came out darker, but this has never happened to me before. They always come out the same and I enjoy it. My right eyelash is not fully curled, some hairs are down and it seems as if no tint was added on them, the left lash is great, but I honestly don’t like having just one lash looming good. I followed instructions and did not wet them or touched them. I definitely won’t be coming back.

I’ve been coming to Lash Junkie for 2 years now. I’ve tried almost all the lash artists and while they all are great at what they do, Ruby is definitely my favorite. She is always so sweet and extra gentle with my eyes. I fall asleep every time! My sets are always just right and the lashes stay on a long time. You will not be disappointed with Ruby at Lash Junkie!

I Have been coming to this lash studio for a few years now and I must say the atmosphere and lash techs have changed. I always loved the experience and top notch service provided from lash Junkie , however after my recent encounter I won’t be back. I called to schedule an appointment (after attempting online and unable to schedule due to blocking). I spoke with a lady and explained to her I was trying to book online , but unable too due to the block. She then explained she didn’t know why it was showing that but on her end there wasn’t a block. I explained to her I’ve always scheduled online and wanted to see the different days/times to schedule on my own. She asked me my name and phone number and to give her a second while she looked to see if my “account” was blocked. I’ve never dealt with so many issues as I have recently and very disappointed in the customer service from Lash Junkie. Remind you I have been a loyal customer to lash Junkie for at least 3 years. I am unsure if management has changed or what but this establishment is all over the place. In addition , the quality of service has gone downhill and so has the customer service.

Love love love Ruby is the best!!! Very friendly and gentle. Awesome attentive to detail. Ruby did my first classic set of lashes as well as a full face wax can one say immaculate they looked very natural. I’ve recently transitioned to volume and was saddened when Ruby was no longer working Saturday’s, but NO LONGER my girl is back and I’m in love with my volume set of lashes and smooth hair free facial skin.
