The girls are all nice enough but the quality of the work suffers terribly. I paid approximately $20 per fill more than any other place and I had to go for fills every two weeks instead of my regular 3 week fills because the fall out is so bad. I have had extensions for 3 years and never experienced the fall-out problems like i did at this place. After one week my lashes looked pretty sad then I suffered for the second week where they looked horrible until I could get them filled again. After trying several operators I have come to the conclusion that they don’t want the extensions to stay in, fall out creates more appointments which creates revenue for the owner. With every fill dozens of lashes fell out the first night and after one week they looked pretty horrible. Why is a two week fill $65? The owner is not checking for customer satisfaction and the training just isn’t there. It appeared that the operators run the place which doesn’t work because they have no vested interest. Don’t waist your time or your money, this is truly an armature show, at a high price point! How could I possibly trust any of the other services there either? I won’t….
