Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI just got eyelash extensions from Hayleigh @ Lash I Candy and I absolutely LOVE them. I had wanted them for years, as I have long eyelashes but they grow straight down and refuse to hold a curl. A friend of mine has had hers for five years and she always looks amazing. I found the lashes really opened up my eyes and have me a younger, bright eyed look. Who doesn’t want that in their forties?? They take a little getting used to as far as not sleeping on my stomach (it bends up your lashes) and not rubbing my eyes. I just got eyelash extensions from Hayleigh @ Lash I Candy and I absolutely LOVE them. I had wanted them for years, as I have long eyelashes but they grow straight down and refuse to hold a curl. A friend of mine has had hers for five years and she always looks amazing. I found the lashes really opened up my eyes and have me a younger, bright eyed look. Positive: QualityI highly recommend this place. It is an independently owned lash company that really cares about their clients and the quality of their work. Brittany is an amazing eyelash technician and designs lashes to fit what ever you need, natural, long, dramatic… she does incredible work.

Critical: ProfessionalismI had been going here for years and never had any issues. I love going to Britney but unfortunately her sister Jill was so rude to a friend I referred over, personally I had never, dealt with Jill but given that she is the owner my expectations were very high, I spoke to her about scheduling 2 appointments, one for me and one for a friend of mine I remember her suggesting to keep it under my name otherwise I would need all of my friends info including CC I completely agreed, so she booked me for 2 appointments, I sent my friend her appointment email so she would have it my friend drove about 45 mins out and Jill was super rude to her, closed the door on her face saying she did not have her scheduled and continuing to say rude comments, I had to call Britney and she very politely said she would see her there was a scheduling issue, Britney is so nice and a sweetheart, unfortunately, I was beyond upset at Jill’s actions especially when it’s a referral I feel that reflects on me, anyway I sent her a txt message her response was very defenseless and took 0% accountability.Service: Eyelash extensionsI had been going here for years and never had any issues.
