I wish I could give more stars, but unfortunately no matter what service I get or who is doing the service it is never that good. I’ve been several times over the past year or so and have had lash extensions, a brow wax, and lash lift and tints. It seemed like each service there was always something I didn’t like, and when it was brought to the attention of the staff they were not much help. I had issues a couple times with lash fills when I had extensions, once when I left it felt like there was still glue on my lash line and my eyelids would stick together, I went back in and she said she had fixed it but later that night I pulled a clump of glue off my lash line and a few lashes with it. When I brought this to their attention they told me the lashes coming out was my fault for picking at them, even when I explained I was trying to get the clump of glue off that was left on by the stylist. More recently I went in for my second lash lift and tint and left with the right eyelashes kinked almost in half, not lifted. They were bent so much they were poking me in the eyelid when my eye was open. I have tried to keep going back for service since it is a location close to me, but for the quality of work I keep getting I will be going somewhere else from now on.

Lash Haus is great! I was especially grateful for the Pride flag prominently displayed in the front window. As a queer person, that instantly made me feel safer. The salon is super cute, super clean, and the staff is friendly. My lash artist was Amy, and she did a great job at making me feel comfortable, explaining the process, and keeping the procedure relaxed and calming. It can be a little weird having your eyes taped up and your eyelids glued, but Amy made it all feel safe and quick. It was actually quite relaxing! Amy did a lift & tint for me, and I love the results! Having long but light & thin lashes, I always feel like I have to load up on mascara. Not anymore! Amy’s lift & tint left me with long, dark, gravity-proof lashes that I love! If you want a simple way to bring some new life to your eye game, go to Lash Haus and go see Amy!

I can’t even tell you how much I love Lash Haus for finally bringing some more modern style to Lowell. I get both my lashes and sugaring done here. Spencer takes such good care of her clients and I always feel comfortable and relaxed as soon as I walk in.
