I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one for the Lash Factory. This review is for all those gals out there who feel like eyelash extensions are too “foo foo” for them, or for those who think “you should be happy with your natural beauty…” because honestly that was my perspective too. I am relatively new to getting eyelash extensions, but really, I should have been doing this years ago. I am NOT a “girly girl” by any stretch of the imagination. I wear jeans and converse, play in the dirt, and have tried to avoid all things make-up since I was 12. However, I am also a red head who has very light eyebrows and eyelashes and have always felt a little self-conscious about that. I HAVE to wear mascara just to look like my eyelashes exist. When I got my first set, it made me FEEL amazing (not just LOOK amazing)! The crew at the Lash Factory are so nice and they do such a great job. I feel their service is not simply a cosmetic one. There is a connection between looking our best and feeling our best – and for me, this service allows me to feel my best. So, they deserve a shout out for what they do because it is more than just the application of eyelashes! Thank you Lash Factory!!!

I got my lashes done their weeks ago & Not only did my extensions come out but my natural lashes BROKE OFF and came out within the 1st 4-7 days . I was devastated. So, obviously I called and try to cancel my fill so that I wouldnt be charged $80.00.. But could not get ANYONE on the phone. So I drove 45 minutes to get their & waited in my car for another 30 so that I would not get charged. When I was finally able to speak with Someone, I was completely disappointed w/ their customer service as well as their lash Technician. If there was anything less than 1 thumbs up that I could post, I would.
