If I could give it zero stars I would. I have been getting lashes for years and was wanting to find a place closer to home. Big mistake. You walk in and it has rundown nail salon vibes. Did not have samples or product to look at to customize look. English skills were lacking. I was rushed to the back before I was able to question anything. 30 minutes later I had a full sticky set of plastic lashes. Looked terrible and felt like thorns on my eyes. Anyone that has gotten lashes before knows it’s like a two hour process. Not 30 minutes.

I have never done a review before. So I would like to share my experience with you Kelly was my lash tech Was very pleased with my lashes But I went to go pay and I said do I get the 20% off for being a new customer they said no they said no they will no longer honor that I said why is the sign still up there it’s been up there for several months But I didn’t make a big deal I paid the full price because Kelly did a good job I told her to set me an appointment for 3 weeks I called back to just check it and no one set me an appointment

I don’t usually do reviews but I felt I should so that the mistakes can be corrected. I’ve been to Lash Envy twice and both times I’ve been disappointed. I had the same tech twice and both times about 15 – 20 min after I left my lashes began to fall out. Today when I got up I had lashes in my hair and when I pointed put that they were uneven she seemed annoyed. When she ” fixed” them it wasn’t even what I asked her to fix. She added volume to the right side and it looked terrible. I had already been there over an hour and didn’t feel ot was worth trying to explain. I will not he returning but I do hope that something is done
