I have been getting my lash extensions done at Lash Dat for 5 months now and every time they come out excellent and exactly how I asked for them to be, and they last 3-4 weeks each time. She also has several products that have been really good for my lashes cleanliness and length; she is knowledgeable of all of them. The environment is relaxing, clean, and inviting! For those of us who want to afford lash extensions we expect that the “professional” will use the proper materials, that she will do a good job and that she will stand behind her work. Ingrid has done NONE OF THOSE THINGS. In order to cut costs ON MY EYES, she uses artificial materials, never even offering me an alternative. The lashes began falling off the same night. They looked scant and unnatural. I called and sent pictures to Ingrid. She said she would call me to discuss and never did. I followed up and she blocked me.

Ingrid Ross started out like a pro. The first and second visits were stellar and the lashes lasted around 2 1/2 weeks and initially she used a lot of single lashes making the process and appearance a work of art. The second visit a combined single and 3 lash products combined applied which lasted less.
