Called to see what their available appts were and they accommodated me by seeing me right away. Did have a difficult time finding the suite but was patiently guided directions over the phone. The woman who did my eyebrow, lip, and chin wax was very gentle and professional. She listened to exactly what I wanted and left my eyebrows on the thicker side. I will say I find their prices a bit more on the expensive side, but I guess you get what you pay for. Glad I found this little gem, will be returning.
