The lady here was so amazing and so so so kind. I have never gotten my brows done, so I went in a little nervous because I didn’t know what to expect. But her calming nature was able to help calm my nerves, and I went on with the appointment feeling so comfortable and no longer nervous! Once she was done and I got the chance to see my brows I was very excited. My brows have always been a mess and they just looked so perfect! Definitely going to have future brow appointments here, and who knows, maybe I’ll get my lashes done here next. A+ service

So I just had went today to get my eyelashes done but ended up getting my eyebrows done as well. OMG! This is the best place by far. I went to Pinal to have my eyebrows and lashes tinted, lash lift, and my eyebrows and upper lip threaded. She is great! She is by far the best experience I have ever had with beauty services. I love her personality, friendliness and knowledge. She explained everything she was doing and when I was apprehensive of the eyebrow tinting she assured me that if I didn’t like the color she could remove it at no extra charge. Prices are so reasonable compared to anywhere I’ve ever gone and adding her exceptional customer service is a huge bonus! I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Pinal!

UPDATE: After getting my first set, I went back 2 weeks later as recommended and I showed pictures of my lashes pointing in different directions and 1/2 of them fallen out. Pinal told me this was due to the way I cared for and slept on them, even though I brushed them daily, never slept on them & never used oil based products, I trusted her word because it was my first set and she was very sweet. I asked for a new set in a different size and she recommended a fill first. I went with the fill. I’m now 1 week into my fill and my lashes are pointing in different directions and falling out. Today, a huge chunk came out with just touching it- along with ALL of my natural lashes. After researching this myself, I see now that the application was done completely wrong. Individual lashes should not come out in chunks and the reason they point different directions is because the lashes are glued to multiple real lashes instead of just one, which causes them to pull different ways. The chunk ripped out ALL of my natural lashes. I have NO LASHES on my eyes now. Also, she uses cluster lashes, NOT individual. She takes about 10-15 minutes (I am not exaggerating. I couldn’t believe how fast she did them) to apply when the process should take at least an hour to allow for drying in between each lash. She applies in a straight line rather than going corner to corner & meeting in the middle so each lash can dry properly before another is applied next to it. My eyelids are in so much pain and I will NEVER return. I went to her with concerns and she lied and made it seem as if this was my own fault. I trusted her and it led me to making the biggest cosmetic mistake I’ve ever made. The lashes look nice when they’re applied, you do not know until the glue is set and dried that they are applied wrong. During my fill, I told her they were applied crooked and she tried to remove one corner with glue remover and burned my eye- she took me in the bathroom to rinse the remover out of my eye and then just cut the lash strips down on one side to make them appear even. I should have trusted my gut but I trusted her word instead. Now I’m stuck trying to remove the remaining lashes before a meeting tomorrow and the glue is on so thick that it hurts to even touch now. My original review below says “she dealt with all of my concerns with honesty & I sounded crazy” because I had SO many concerns and she answered them so nicely that I truly believed I was sounding crazy. Now I see my concerns were valid. Please, if you like having real lashes, do not go here.

I had a wonderful experience at this salon! I originally wanted my eyebrows threaded and eyelash extensions, but unfortunately my eyes would not cooperate for the extensions.
