I made an appointment to come get my lashes done they moved to another location without telling me I showed up at the old address no one was there they then charged me a $50 cancellation fee when I did not cancel I asked for the money back or if it can be put towards services and was told this is there policy I am so disappointed with this place.

I went online to book for lash extensions, their website wouldn’t let me book so I reached out on Instagram (I’ve booked through Instagram before) and my first experience there was nice. Whoever received my message though, told me I was set and to come on the date I selected. I get there the day of, told them my appointment and for some reason the girl says in so many words that someone forgot to put me in the book for an appointment. I’m trying to be understanding until she started making it seem like it was my fault, saying most people call to confirm their appointment & they didn’t have my card on file. I receive a confirmation message saying if I would like to cancel they would need my card or would I like to confirm so I assume since I am coming that I wouldn’t send my card info. Furthermore it’s the shop fault. I’m not responsible for someone not remembering to put the appointment down. If having the card on file was that important, they could’ve called me since I did give my number through Instagram. Terrible customer service. Do not waste your time. Even when it’s 100% their fault they will make an excuse that it was your fault. How can I trust a place to work on my eye area when they can’t take accountability as a shop. I wouldve still been a client if they handled it better. Communicate with people before you blame someone for not calling even though I’ve already confirmed my appointment through text.

I did a lot of research before I picked a salon and it paid off. I’ve been coming here since January and I’ve never had a bad experience. My lashes come out amazing every single time. They have also been super accommodating of my scheduled and have worked with me every time I needed some wiggle room.

I was very nervous about getting eye lash extensions done for the first time. I was worried about damaging my natural lashes. I go to Kayla and not only is she amazing at what she does but she reassured me that my lashes won’t be damaged and she’s lived up to that. I have yet to be disappointed by Kayla’s work. I absolutely love the environment and staff there. I’ve also had the opportunity to go to Karley and her work is just as amazing. I feel so welcomed each time I come in. Just started coming here and this place is AMAZING!!!! The place is super friendly and welcoming and goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable . My eyelash technician , Brianna , is super talented, social, and friendly and does such a spectacular job on my eyelashes . I can’t stop going back !!!
