Critical: QualityBrittany Stein is specifically who I am reviewing due to her lack of professionalism and poor quality. After a two hour Phil I was left with uneven tangled lashes on my right eye that continued to fall out just days after being filled. I reached out to her to express my feelings about her work and asked for a partial refund so that I could get them fixed and rather than addressing the issue professionally, she was completely rude and basically said that I was out of luck. I have been going to Lash bar for years dealing with another Britney and Katie who are both amazing at what they do so this review is not about the business specifically but as an independent contractor, I cannot recommend Britney Stein for any service as you will not get what you pay for. I have never been so appalled in all of my days with her complete lack of professionalism and unwillingness to rectify the situation. I also asked if I could come in for a short period of time to have them fixed to which she was unwilling to do. After a two hour Phil I was left with uneven tangled lashes on my right eye that continued to fall out just days after being filled. I walked in with zero knowledge on the various types of lash extension options. I can’t say enough good words about how amazing my experience was. The owner helped me find the right lash extensions for what I envisioned, she was so professional, knowledgeable, kind, and made me feel so at ease when I originally walked in feeling overwhelmed. I just recently got lash extensions for the first time at Lash Bar Buffalo. I walked in with zero knowledge on the various types of lash extension options. I can’t say enough good words about how amazing my experience was. The owner helped me find the right lash extensions for what I envisioned, she was so professional, knowledgeable, kind, and made me feel so at ease when I originally walked in feeling overwhelmed.
