This place is a scam! 1. My lash set was supposed to be a volume set and that isn’t what I received which should have been the first red flag. 2. My lashes were falling off on my way home from my appointment, my left eye extensions fell out completely in two days! It seemed like they weren’t even glued on at all! 3. I contacted the business and I kept getting the run around telling me to come in for an appointment to get them fixed but they would never answer as to when I could go in. 4.They refused to refund my money. Pictures attached are what came off by the time I got home.

I came here for a few months it was my very first time getting lash extensions. At first the person that worked on my lashes was great I loved the way my lashes looked and they lasted at least 2 weeks. After she left I had Mar and she was nice and works fast the problem is that my lashes fell off so quickly they barely made it 2 weeks. I don’t wear make up and I take care of them but for some reason they wouldn’t last. I kept going every week and a half just to keep them looking nice. Also a down fall mar was late 30 minutes 3 times when I went and that is not Proffesional at all I was very disappointed. After going out o a different lash tech I realized their technique is not the best.

I wanted the special, install and one pack of hair for $320.00, I told her I want one more pack, she said it will cost $200.00 extra. She only installed one pack. When I got home I realized my hair is too thin for two packs. I messaged her and told her. She insisted that she installed two packs. I told her to refund the $200.00, she didn’t refund it. This review is to warn potential clients. She straight out ripped me off. It’s not my first time getting extensions. I trusted her. Please take your business somewhere else.
