Amazing service! I was accidentally late to my appointment as I am not from the area and google sent me to a similar (not related) location. Not only was Michelle patient, but she was very understanding. Kim was my tech and my lashes are classic but cat eye so they came out perfect . Price is worth it and ambiance was spot on, so much so I fell asleep for a few minutes during my session. Thank you Kim for your amazing professionalism! Great Ambiance! The place is beautiful, all marble, black and white. The staff is friendly and professional. I’ve never had an issue with the technicians. Also their availability is great, they work with you to make sure you get an appointment at the time you request it (at least most of the time). I was nervous going in here, as it was my first time getting lashes done. The woman that did my lashes was very kind. There was a promotion being run for 69.99 for a classic set of lashes. Upon arrival, I was immediately upsold 20.00 for a nicer/softer/mink classic fill. I knew nothing about lashes, but if there is going to be a promotional offer I believe the company should be a bit more transparent about what you are getting. Either way, within the first 24 hours, many lashes already fell off. I’m a bit disappointed as I was really hoping that I would have had a better experience. I will be going somewhere else to get a fill.

I have been going here for a couple of months but it’s never consistent. The girl I had last week was rude, kept telling me to order lashes I didn’t want and then demanded a tip at the end. Said I needed to Zelle it to her. Super weird. And now all of my lashes are falling out because she did a terrible job and it hasn’t even been a week. Super disapointing.

normally I don’t leave reviews to anywhere but I had to because this place and my lash artist were truly amazing . This was my first visit here and I just loved the atmosphere. My lash artist was Michelle and she was so sweet and asked what I exactly wanted . Usually when I get my lashes done I get a classic set so I decided to do the same thing. My classic set by Michelle was the best set I’ve ever gotten in my life . I’ve been receiving so many compliments ! can’t wait to come back

This was my first time here, and when I arrived I discovered that they’ve only been open for 2 months. The lady at the front desk was nice and welcoming, and asked if I wanted to do classic, hybrid or volume. They have a first time client deal, so I decided to get the hybrid. My lash specialist was Michelle, and she asked me how I preferred my lashes. Gratefully, she did exactly what I asked for and I was happy. Perhaps next time I’ll go slightly more dramatic to see how that looks compared to the natural look I asked for. Also, really clean and pretty studio space.

I am SO picky about how my lashes look, and when She did my lashes, it was the first time I actually really loved how they looked. I showed her photos and she did exactly what I was envisioning. She makes a point to listen to what you want, and to fix what you didn’t love about the lashes that are remaining (if you’re getting a fill).
