Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityI got my lash extensions done here two days ago and was so excited because it was my first time ever getting them done. All the girls were super nice and while it did take awhile and was pricey, the lashes looked so good afterwards & I was obsessed! Unfortunately, it has been only two days and a lot of my lashes are gone… I followed all of their instructions and didn’t get water or sweat even near my eyelashes for the first 24 hours and I tried to sleep on my back. The lashes are still a bit noticeable but the owner Jeanna has reached out to me and was very kind and accommodating, giving me helpful tips as to prevent more lashes from falling out in the future and offering me an appointment to get them fixed up the next day. Great customer service and professionalism, but I won’t give them 5 stars just because I did have the experience of losing a lot of lashes the first couple days, but I also don’t want to completely blame them as they seemed to really know what they’re doing and were very understanding, so I’ll give it a couple more weeks and definitely try them again for my future lash needs!I got my lash extensions done here two days ago and was so excited because it was my first time ever getting them done. I got my lash extensions done here two days ago and was so excited because it was my first time ever getting them done. All the girls were super nice and while it did take awhile and was pricey, the lashes looked so good afterwards & I was obsessed! I’ve been going to this studio for over a year now and their customer service and their lash quality is unrivaled by any other. I get compliments all the time. The space is comfortable, relaxing and soothing. I’ve even dozed on occasion which is so uncommon for me. I can’t imagine going anywhere else now. I tried a few other places before finding Jeana’s and the differences are outstanding. If you’re like I was at one point, unsure and browsing reviews, this is it, your sign. You found the one.

The tint is fantastic. It looks like I perfectly powered/penciled them in. Very natural! My routine was drastically shortened this morning, which is important to me. I had a brow tint and shape yesterday from Kerrie. My brows have never looked better. I have the most perfectly shaped brows. The tint is fantastic. It looks like I perfectly powered/penciled them in. Very natural! My routine was drastically shortened this morning, which is important to me.
