Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis place is amazing! They took me and my friend in super late and close to closing, Kate did our nails and she did an amazing job! I have super thin and short nails so everybody always hurts me at least once. Not Kate! She was so gentle and kind, and the nails came out so beautiful! This place is amazing! They took me and my friend in super late and close to closing, Kate did our nails and she did an amazing job! I have super thin and short nails so everybody always hurts me at least once. Not Kate! She was so gentle and kind, and the nails came out so beautiful! No lumps bumps or anything to complain about, which honestly I expected due to us arriving so late. 100/10 definitely recommend!!!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI usually do not write reviews but I am Never ever going back! I asked nicely to change my nail polish because it was clumpy. The lady started yelling at me that it is fine and that I was saying she was not doing a good job. I politely told her that she did a great job but the polish was clumpy and I wanted to change it. She said it is because the bottle is almost empty but she would put clear coat over it and it will be fine and that she has been doing nails for years and she knows. (All in a loud, rude tone). She refused to take the polish off and was speaking loudly in her language while continuing to polish. Then she told me to look and see that it was fine and when I looked it is not smooth and nice. I didn’t say anything, just told her thank you and she started talking loudly to me again that it’s okay. I asked her nicely to please lower her tone and that I was respecting her, I just wanted to change the polish. She quickly finished and went to the next customer without cleaning the polish off my nails and skin. I was supposed to get a manicure but told her it was okay. Such an awful experience. I usually do not write reviews but I am Never ever going back! I asked nicely to change my nail polish because it was clumpy. The lady started yelling at me that it is fine and that I was saying she was not doing a good job. I politely told her that she did a great job but the polish was clumpy and I wanted to change it.
