Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityAnny and her team are absolutely wonderful. From providing the BEST service (both with applying the product and talking to their clients) to their extensive knowledge of each of their products. They’re so friendly all of the time (and trust me, I’m a pain in the butt with all my questions, LOL). Any time you have questions, whether during or after your appointment, they’re always there to answer and provide the best service possible. At the beginning of your appointment, Anny or Ana will go over what kind of lash set you’d like and then talk through the process with you. When they take a look at your natural lashes, the length, curl and amount is determined and dependent on your natural lashes. I had a full set on for several months with consistent fills and caring for my lashes the way that Anny and her team explained to me. I recently got the set taken off to get a lash lift/tint and MY NATURAL EYELASHES WERE SO LONG AND SO HEALTHY!!! This company and the people care about their customers and always will do what’s right based on their experience. Anny and her team are absolutely wonderful. From providing the BEST service (both with applying the product and talking to their clients) to their extensive knowledge of each of their products. They’re so friendly all of the time (and trust me, I’m a pain in the butt with all my questions, LOL).
