Everyone was so kind and helpful with the whole procedure. The area is tidy and clean, while the workers were very considerate and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. If you are thinking of getting laser hair removal (and are a good candidate for it) do it and do it here. My only regret is not having done it sooner. The Worcester office is in an unexpected building, down some stairs, and at the end of a long hallway, but once you get inside, the office is clean and comfortable. Every staff member I’ve met has been wonderful. And the prices are really good compared to other places I had looked at. I started seeing results a couple weeks after my first visit and have been very happy with it. The pain is not bad and they give you chocolate.

I had my first appointment today. What a wonderful experience. Their office is clean and well put together. The staff were beyond friendly and truly care how your session goes. If you decide to give this business a shot, I would definitely leave a few extra minutes early because finding exactly where to park for what building can be a little tricky but once you figure it out, piece of cake!
