A friend recommended this place to me. The woman that schedules cosmetic procedures was so rude to me when I asked her the price of a syringe of filler ($725) and a lip flip ($225) and I paused because $225 is a lot for a lip flip. She says in a nasty tone, why don’t you just think about it? I said okay thank you and CLICK hung up on me. Well guess what, I am paying $800 for a syringe somewhere else, just because of how rude this woman was to me.

It’s rare to find a practitioner that is both competent and has a good bedside manner and even more importantly, one that you trust. PA Kay Azzara is all these things. She is knowledgeable, genuine and sincere. There is a bad stigma concerning physician assistants and Kay blows this stigma out of the water. Amazing staff! I went to LaserDerm Dermatology for laser hair removal. I spoke with Isabella a few times before deciding, and she was awesome. Not pushy, did not try to sell me on anything, just answered my questions. Then I met with Dr. Serure. Same thing. Answered my questions, explained what to expect and did not push me into anything. I have been seeing Donna Marie for the procedures, and she is wonderful. Easy to speak with, very friendly, takes her time, lets an area cool and then comes back to reduce pain. Highly recommend.

Doctors are fine, but office is VERY poorly run (especially now during the COVID-era). Had to sit in the waiting room for more than an hour, and they don’t tell patients to wait in their cars……so the waiting room was way more crowded than comfortable during a pandemic. Do not recommend.

I had been to five other dermatologist places within 7 years and not one was able to help me with my acne. So When I walked into this place I thought what can they do for me, no one is going to be able to help. Boy was I wrong. The doctors and staff where so supportive in reassuring me that I would get my old self back. They helped me understand what I needed to get better and why my acne got this bad. Within a month I started seeing results, within 4 months I was almost full clear and finally at the 6 months I was fully clear. They helped accomplish something that the other places couldn’t do in 7 years and did it in 6 months.
