Employees will aggressively spam your phone… it’s worse than the robocalls. They texted multiple times and called 8 times over two days, including at 7am and then 8am on a HOLIDAY. They have no shame, and for some reason the phone number they called me from kept changing from area codes all across the mainland. It definitely appeared like a spam/scam call.

I visited Laser Away because a friend told me about them. They are new to Hawaii, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised at the atmosphere, the staff and the service overall. They took time to discuss my issues, possible solutions and their services. The provided an overview of the services, costs and package prices for the best deal. I wanted to do my homework, so I did not purchase anything the first day. There was no pressure at all.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION! I’ve been harassed by them everyday multiple times a day for weeks. They blow up my phone from different numbers calling and texting me. I’ve had to block multiple numbers because they won’t stop. They won’t give you a quote until you give them your information. Not worth it.
