I wasted over $4,000 here and advise you to not do the same. I paid for a package of 8 sessions for legs, brazilian, underarms and after my first appt added on upper lip as well as tattoo removal (for a medium sized black outline tattoo on my ribs). It was a complete waste of money. A few short weeks after my last appointment my hair was almost completely back and I have MAYBE a 25% reduction in my tattoo (that’s being generous). it’s about 10 months after my last treatment I can confirm my fur coat is back and I am ready for winter.

Laseraway back out on their words and their customer service is bad because there is a liar working on their front desk. I had a good first hand experience for my first service. I was asking for information for second service. They said if I am not sure, I can sign up for this 18months 0% loan first. They also told me I won’t get charge until my first treatment, and also if I decide to cancel it before my first treatment, I won’t get charge for anything.

I have been so impressed at the service I have received from LaserAway. It started with my consultation over the phone with Liz Khussein. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. She worked around my schedule to book my laser hair removal appointments at the Folsom location. Traci at Folsom answered my questions over the phone prior to my first session and also greeted me up front for my first appointment. I have received treatments from both Tiffany and Amy at the Folsom location and both nurses were very friendly and knowledgeable.
