At first, I was really skeptical of this company because of the price and I didn’t see results after my 4th session. However, after sticking around for the remaining sessions, I’ve seen major reduction in hair growth in my Brazilian, underarm, and upper lip area. I do still see hair growth on those areas but very minute. Otherwise, most areas are absent of hair! I’m in the process of doing Clear and Brilliant which I will update on as soon as I’m done with my sessions.

I’m going to Laser Away at Los Gatos for so long. I like every one there. Most of nurses are nice and professional. I love the girls in the front desk area. MERCEDE is the best. She is beautiful, nice, kind, respectful, professional, patient and super caring person. Any time I talk to her over the phone or at the store she explains every thing so patiently with all details to make sure I understand everything. She is a huge helper. Norma is super nice too. I know since I started going there. Feh is so professional. Actually I like every one there. I’m very happy to go to this store. I tried a few stores in the area. I went to Santana Row, Mountain View and here. But since I started going here I didn’t go to other place. Just having two issues!:) the prices went super high recently which was very sad to me. 🙁 Also I don’t like to switch to different nurses every time I go there for laser. I don’t feel very comfortable to switch to a new nurse every single time. Hopefully you can help me through this issue. Rather than that I love going there to see these professional kind girls all the time. Thank you everyone!
