I had SUCH a great experience at the LaserAway Novato location! I have been to other locations before but after my appointment last Saturday the Novato team really took the service up a notch. They were friendly, informative, easy to work with, easy to talk to, knowledgeable about the process and seemed like they genuinely cared about me and my tattoo removal process. The appointment itself was quick- about an hour total with numbing and laser treatment- as I have 3 tattoos I’m having removed. Bianca was my tech that day and she was FANTASTIC. Super fun to work with. She made me feel comfortable and was super nice and efficient at her job. I will go back to this location for the balance of my treatments (plus they got a new laser machine! I have been here for IPL before but the new facility is so much better. I have had laser hair removal elsewhere but my session with Aria was by far the best experience. She communicated well and was very friendly. That goes a long way as I tend to carry those interactions through the rest of my day. Laser Away is so professional and personable.
