I had a wonderful experience at LaserAway, San Ramon. The place is clean and well organized. The staff is so friendly and professional. I did Xeomin for my crow feet, and I was expecting a lot of pain. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the discomfort was way less that I expected. The lady who did the work did a great job! The service is pathetic. I would not prefer this location at all. First and foremost, when laseraway agent was selling me the offer, they were so prompt and following up so often unlike any other marketing agents but the moment I signed up everything went downhill. I never got a same day appointments for the services I payed for and was made to book several appointments for each part of laser hair removal which just sucks. And finally when I got the appointment, the nurses are so adamant and strict with the timings that even if it’s 5 min above the time a lot given to a client, they just stop and ask to book another appointment when is pretty frustrating to keep going back and forth. Given I choice, I would mor recommend laser away services and encourage people to do their home work with all other service providers.

I got to get four stars because at the front desk ladies. I was four minutes late and they told me they had to cancel my appointment. I said it was quite difficult to find parking here. After much arguing that they agreed to just let me in. And do my appointment.

I’ve had full face and both underarms done this past year, and my favorite tech is Ariel, she has been so amazing, actually all the techs here are very professional and highly trained. I paid $3,000+ for laser hair removal on brazilian, underarm and full leg which was sold to me as 80% reduction in hair growth with the justification of saving time and money on shaving and razors. I followed my 8 sessions every 6 weeks and was seeing great results! I completed those 8 sessions in May 2021 and since a few months after that have had to shave daily again. I’m literally never one to complain and am very reasonable and understanding—like I feel bad asking a waiter for a new fork if I accidentally drop mine. I’ve also worked at various beauty salons/spas and understand how wildly unreasonable customers can be. So I kindly reached out to corporate to see how this can be handled. They instructed me to reach out to the location I had treatment (San Ramon) at for next steps. I called during the week and spoke with someone who was so apologetic and understanding and she set up an appointment the following Saturday to come in and have “an experienced nurse who’s been doing laser hair removal for years” look over the areas, she’ll take photos, etc. This was great customer service and I was happy to hear that I would be heard and actually taken seriously. When I arrived on Saturday, the woman at the front desk had 0 notes available for my consult and tried to sell me a maintenance package even after me explaining what happened. After I refused to purchase a maintenance package from her, she gave me the cold shoulder and was not the same bubbly person when I initially walked in. In addition, she said my appointment time already passed and had me on the schedule at a completely different time than I booked and that was on my text reminders(this has happened twice to me at this location). I was a bit late for the appointment as I didn’t account for finding parking on a Saturday, but they also had me on the schedule for a completely different time that I was told and was texted to me the Wednesday prior. Thankfully she was able to work something out, which I was appreciative for considering their scheduling error and my tardiness within their late policy. They were able to get me in and finally when meeting with the nurse, she was very kind and understanding and apologetic, unlike the front desk woman I just encountered who was mad at me for not spending money and earning her commission. This nurse had actually treated me a few times and she helped me understand what could have happened and empathized that I shouldn’t be shaving everyday again. She took photos to submit to corporate and explained that they would reach out. Since she is the nurse, she was not sure the exact next steps, such as if corporate would call me or email me, etc and said to ask the front desk on my way out to verify. On my way out, there were now 2 women at the front desk, both of which seemed annoyed that I was there, assuming the 1st front desk woman told her how I didn’t buy the maintenance package. I inquired on how corporate typically communicates next steps and they were super vague, but the new woman was able to tell me the area code that corporate would probably call from. Four weeks later and I’m still waiting to hear back from anyone on this matter. They do not have an easy way to get in contact with support and I think I’ve done more than enough on my end to get this resolved and if they actually wanted to help me, they would have by now. It’s just unfortunate because I was seeing great results and had great experiences with the front desk staff and the nurses from Aug 2020-May 2021. I’m going to keep trying in the channels I have available to me to seek some form of support. Until then, I’ll continue to pay my monthly payments for my laser hair removal and for razors and shaving.

The Nurse who assisted me was the sweetest and she was so friendly, Nurse Angela made me feel at ease and comfortable. I can see results from my 2 sessions already and look forward to my next. Highly recommend if you are looking for actual results and I would without a doubt book my next session with Nurse Angela!!

Everyone from from desk staff to the nurse who did my treatment was very kind and professional and made me feel very comfortable. The nurse who performed my coolsculpting treatment was very precise in making sure that she was targeting the areas I wanted and making sure I was comfortable. If I had to nit-pick, the only thing would be to have known before hand, during consultation that a compression garment would be a good thing to have afterwards for this procedure. Looking forward to seeing results and already have my next session booked at the San Ramon location.
