Pros: I had a wonderful experience! It was my first time in after deciding I was going to take the plunge and do something nice for myself: a 3-body part laser hair removal package. I was very nervous, but very excited. The front desk girls were very friendly and accommodating. My technician was very warm and friendly, very casual and comforting. I loved that she was able to relate to what I was going through after having done the same removal package as I had. I appreciated all of her tips and tricks throughout my procedure. I definitely scheduled my upcoming appointments on days that I know she works in hopes that I will get rescheduled with her.

Another great experience. I’m finishing up my facial laser hair removal which is coming along great. I wish I would have done this earlier. I was with Ariel who does a great job as always. I have gone to LaserAway in Concord for 3 sessions of the clear and brilliant procedure on my face. I LOVE the results already. As a 40yr old nurse who has been wearing a N95 for 8hrs a day for the last 3 years my normally clear face has broken out terribly and wouldn’t go away. Also aging skin starting to dull wasn’t fun either. My skin after the 1st treatment was glowing and after each treatment I am seeing less acne, huge reduction in scarring from the acne, pores have shrunk and my skin isn’t dull anymore. Difficulty booking appointments, as you will get booked on the same day and time as other appointments. Then the day before you are supposed to have your appointment you will receive a txt saying your appointment has been rescheduled (to whatever day and time they chose). If they do “move things around” so you can keep the original appointment you scheduled, you will wait well over an hour in a room once you get there, before someone comes in to starts your treatment.
