Inquired about laser hair removal procedure and ended up setting up appointments to get it done. The lady I worked with (Molly) was super nice, very informative and accommodating with appointment times. When I actually went in for my appointment, it was at the Clovis location and I was greeted immediately and felt very comfortable even though this was a brand new experience for me. Molly had educated me thoroughly on the procedure and process which helped a lot. The staff and nurse who actually did the procedure were very nice and very easy to talk to. She answered all my questions and the actual procedure was super quick and not painful! I left feeling great about the process and ready for my next appointment. Only after a couple sessions, I began seeing noticeable results! I am very happy with my experience as a whole and already signed up for another area for laser hair removal! Definitely recommend!!

You can’t really beat the experience you get at Laser Away for laser hair removal. From making sure I got my money’s worth and bundling packages for me, to doing their best to accommodate my incredibly busy schedule, Laser Away made me feel like I made the best decision in embarking on this journey with them. So far I’ve worked with nurses Regan and Denise, both of which made me feel very comfortable during the procedures. I actually had something pretty embarrassing happen to me, and they were incredibly nonchalant in assisting me which really helped calmed my nerves. I would absolutely recommend Laser Away to everyone and think you’d be doing yourself a disservice by not starting with them, asap!

The nurses are fabulous and friendly so five stars for them. That said the treatments I purchased didn’t work for me. Multiple sessions and literally zero improvement for the purpose I purchased it for. Zero. After doing my own research, it seems the treatment shouldn’t be marketed for the purpose I purchased it for. IPL is not equivalent to a V-Beam laser. Their sales staff should be better informed on the equipment and trained better to recognize the best candidates to recommend procedures to. Do your own research before buying a package. PS by the way, there’s always a sale the sales staff swears they have “never seen before”… right.
