I have to say after 8 sessions of laser hair removal, I’m definitely not happy. I feel like they definitely missed several areas. There were areas that have a lot of hair growth compared to others. And it seems like other areas were completely missed. I would not want anyone to get these services. I spent over 4k…oooohhh but they offer maintenance package for like 900 dollars lol I would not recommend laser hair removal from laser away to anyone. If I could give it a zero I would.

I have had the absolute worst experience with their customer service. Although their staff is nice at appointments. I spent $2000 on 8 sessions of laser hair removal and have zero reduction in hair. Their response is that there are no guarantees!!! And they offered 2 free sessions. Why would 2 free sessions help anything if 8 sessions did ABSOLUTELY nothing. Complete waste of time and Money. Zero customer service and backing their quality of work.
