I wanted to update my review after completing my 8 Laser Treatments. If you are a red head, please be aware that this treatment may not work for you. After my first 3 treatments to no results, I finally saw a nurse that informed me of this and actually wanted to help. She changed some settings a I started to see some results. I requested her for every future appointment they would not guarantee it so I had to call every time and push to get my appointment with her. Only about half of my 8 treatments ended up being with her, and because of that I barely had about half the results I expected. The hair has decreased for a while, but a few months later is has ALL grown back. If I could go back in time I would reconsider how much I spent (just start with one area), and go to the nurse that helped for 100% of the appointments. They tried to sell me on “touch ups” at the end, but I feel like they knew that all along and are just trying to get more money.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this location!!! I am currently removing a tattoo on my foot and also laser hair removal. All of my sessions have gone really smooth and I am always in and out of there, no long waits! Staff is amazing and knowledgeable!! Also, Kelly is the sweetest! Absolutely love this place. I always say my biggest regret with LaserAway is not having gotten laser hair removal earlier! I haven’t had a single painful ingrown hair since I’ve started my treatments and my eczema has reduced tremendously. Hats off to Elizabeth who feels like a friend at this point! The staff at the Tustin location are exceptional. They are so friendly and welcoming. Paola at the front desk was so helpful and such a pleasure to chat with while I waited. Ellis, the nurse, was so friendly and informative. I felt comfortable and in good hands the whole time. The whole appointment lasted about 20 minutes which was so convenient. Overall, the whole experience was a 10/10!

Laser hair removal is one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. I had my back and shoulders done and the progress has been amazing. My wife loves how much better I look at the beach! 🙂 Kelly gave me an AMAZING deal by getting me the best price available. Though it sounds too good to be true, laser hair removal actually works! If you have the right place, anyway. After a couple of disappointing experiences elsewhere, I found my way to LaserAway, and have been 100% satisfied with the results. Multiple clinic locations gives me flexibility in terms of location. Front desk is friendly and informative, and nurses know their business. It’s gotta be a thankless task, but they manage to keep it light and fun. If visiting Tustin location, ask for Mandy. She’s got skills… and jokes!
