I was inquiring for pricing as laser facial is in general pricy. I called and spoke with their representative, she said that they have payment plan and can check for me if I approved or not. She claimed that it is only a soft pull on the credit report, but it turns out to be a hard pull. I ended up not moving forward because of the pricing, and when I was checking my credit report I saw the hard pull. I was shocking that Laser Away would sweet talk you into this. Now I am glad that I didn’t move forward with the treatment because it might be as good as what they described.

Skeptical of laser at first, but now I love it!! I’ve kept the cadence up and seen results in really stubborn areas. Also, less painful than waxing in my opinion, plus everyone who works at this location is stellar. I’ve been there over 6 times and every time the service is wonderful which I feel is hard to come by. It’s well worth the price, for not only the results but how you’re treated. Well deserving of 5+ stars, would recommend!!!

I have been to the Costa Mesa location at least a dozen times over the last 18 mos, and all the staff are superb at what they do, especially Michelle ( Director) and Jenna ( Lead Technician)… Always welcoming, gracious and accommodating. I tend to spend a bit more here (depending on the procedure) , but it’s worth it, due to the care and service provided.
