This place is completely unprofessional. My wife contacted Miriam at the Temecula office early August and was working to get some services done. She helped her set up financing and scheduled an appointment. We canceled the appointment and my wife decided not to get anything done afterall. Now we’re in mid September and we get a call from Ally financial saying that we missed the payment due on the 5th. We shouldn’t be paying for services that were never done, why did Laseraway submit the financing for work they never performed? Please do your research before buying any treatments at Laser away. The prices are ridiculous! I spoke with Lola who quoted me thousands of dollars for laser hair removal I wasn’t satisfied on how much she quoted me so after called again and spoke to Aiden in Temecula who was still quoted me thousands of dollars but less then Lola . So I text Lola saying no thank you on the “deals” she was giving me. Lola ends up calling and talking to someone about me getting better deal with someone else. When I was ready to pay with Aiden she couldn’t charge what she originally quoted me. Please do your research! I’m getting treatment De Luz Medical Aesthetics in Murrieta. BTW the 5 star reviews are only because they give a $50 discount if you give them a good review. SUCH A SCAM & WAY OVERPRICED.

This review is not for The certain location but for LaserAway in general. If you’re looking to get hair reduction do not ever go to laser away. I’ve spent well over $7000 with this joke company and have barely seen any results. When I speak to the manager about my issue they always tell me to purchase more laser sessions even though I’m clearly telling them that I’m not seeing results and the nurses do agree with me that my hair is very thick and course and should be thinner by at this point. This company just wants to scam and take your money and if there’s an issue they definitely don’t help with the issue.As well as when I first purchased my laser sessions they guaranteed me that I would say 80% reduction in hair growth and I haven’t even seen a 10% reduction. It’s really worrying and I’m surprised his company is still running and around with their scams.
