The staff are really nice and sweet but I will never go back there because one of the staff check my credit while I was having my treatment without my permission and now I have inquiry on my credit. The finance company the cared and I called them and told them to close the account because I will not go back there and I don’t want to have that credit card that I did not apply for. I tried to call them several times about the employee checking my credit without my permission and they told me that they will call me back about this matter but never heard from them. And so now It hurt my credit because of that inquiry. I just spent thousand of dollars with them for some treatment that was not even worth it, it was a package deal that I got. And then had put a negative mark on my credit for inquiry that I did not have permission and nobody even tried to call me or reach out about this matter. I reported them to the credit bureau!!! I did not mean to give them 3 star because of my experienced but it’s okay because the staff are great and even the one that checked my credit but I’m upset of what she did so I will never go back!!
