So I need to pay more for something I’m not sure about. With no guarantees and refund. I decided to try at home laser hair removal. At least they will refund me money if I won’t see a result.

Never again. I was the last appointment of the day, and the technician was literally phoning it in. Missed whole sections, didn’t seem to care that it was super painful and barely paid attention to specific areas I wanted to make sure we covered. It was clear I was the only thing keeping her from leaving and it showed in her bedside manner. Never coming to this location again. 🙁

Not sure why the reviews for this business are low. I’ve been going to Laser Away for years and I completely trust the staff. I’ve gotten Thermage, Clear + Brilliant, and Laser Hair Removal. The nurses are licensed, thorough, and professional. The sales team (in particular Lupe) never tries to up-sell you and are respectful if you are not interested in additional treatments. They also let you know when there are specials on treatments of interest. Really great business.
