I love it when places allow you to fill out their forms online because it makes the process so much faster and easier. I had my first treatment for tattoo removal and the girls at the front are very welcoming, the nurse who helped me out was also very sweet, informative, and made me feel comfortable. This was my first time doing something like this, so I was a little nervous and didn’t really know what to expect. I spent less than 10 minutes at my visit, it was that quick and easy. The ladies here are Amazingly Sweet! I received a semi full body laser hair removal treatment and the process was very quick and painless! Unlike waxing. They hear your personal improvement you would like for yourself and they help you out the BEST way possible. The nurses and staff are all professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly, which has made every appointment a great experience! Shayna is always so helpful with answering questions about treatments and booking appointments around my busy schedule, and Nurses, Marcel and Tatiana are great at making me feel comfortable while performing treatments. My service person is amazing. However, after just calling in to change my appointment I was convinced erroneously to upgrade my current plan to almost 2,500 plan by a very rude person(kim) who hung up on me two times very rude after I called the next day after seeing how expensive that was and not wanting the upgrade anymore.
