They push their packages hard. I got a package and then when the laser hair removal isn’t working the way I was told it would and the nurse goes so fast and misses spots I want to cancel the rest of my package. They refund by charging individual services for the laser sessions that are used which is a higher price per session. I attended 3 sessions they say( I only remember 2 but maybe I’m wrong) and I got a package of 6 – for a refund it isn’t cut in half but prorated using individual session prices for the sessions I used. I understand the package gets a discounted price but when the service isn’t as expected and you get stuck it isn’t nice so I recommend reading the fine print maybe pay for a couple individual sessions before committing to a package deal because mine was close to 4 grand. Also want to note it took about 9 months to finally hear back from someone about a refund from the first time I called to ask about canceling my package.

I did a package of 8 treatments. Towards the end they started messing with my scheduled appointments, calling me to reschedule because they plan to “close early” on the day they scheduled my appointment. So they rescheduled me for way out because they didn’t have any openings for a few weeks. That’s when I noticed my hair growth coming back pretty quick. I paid over 3k. I see no results now that I’ve finished my treatments & I’m literally the perfect candidate for laser hair removal ♀️ I recommend going to a self-employed laser aesthetician. They take more pride in doing their work right & way cheaper….

The facility and staff are nice. Unfortunately, I haven’t seen any results from the Clear and Brilliant treatment. After 4 sessions you’re supposed to see results and my skin looks exactly the same. I’m so disappointed. I canceled my follow up and explained why. They told me when I’m ready to reschedule they’ll reassess everything. I tried a few times to reach them to make this happen and the phone rings and rings with no answer. I also tried texting the rep that helped me set up. No response. If the staff wasn’t so nice I’d definitely give this 1 star.

Take your business elsewhere unless you want to be shoved services down your throat every-time you check in for a consultation… once they see that you’ve opened credit with them they will continue to push services. I was sold Juvaderm (it was a package of two) I got my first injection (one syringe) they looked amazing that tech was 5star but one they flattened out 4 months after I was told I’d have to wait 6 MONTHS (from first injection) until I could get my 2nd syringe which I would understand in the case that I was about to burst but my lips looked just as they were at the time of my 2nd consultation … There are plenty of other med spas out there that can provide you both laser and filler services nothing special here.

This place is not for women who have alot of fat. They first look at pics to see if your a candidate. Then they will upsell you to do 2 or more treatments. I decided to do 2 treatments. After the 1st treatment & 3 months later, I saw NO RESULTS. So of course I canceled the 2nd treatment. I WASTED $1500 cause my inner thighs look exactly the same. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. Fat reduction on any part of the body is for those who dont have much of it. Notice all of their advertisement has smaller, Petite women to showcase results. The woman that are pictured NEVER had it done. Also keep in mind every individual is different, but still this is not for women who have an excess of fat. They will approve you & recommend more treatments or something else cause its a business at the end of the day. They just want your money!!

People are saying that they push the services – and they do BUTTTT I actually purchased a service over the phone and when I got there – they actually wanted me to get a less expensive service because the service I purchased actually wasn’t suited for me. Exceptional service with a phenomenal experience. I was totally blown away by the ease of booking, paying and being treatment. Customer service on the call center level was very pleasant, I was given an answer to all my questions and felt comfortable with moving forward instantly. Upon walking into their Cerritos office, I felt a very welcoming environment with a vibrant look and refreshing feel. I was attended by a woman by the name of Green (yes, like the color) who was both informative and knowledgeable. She using some of the most cutting edge tech and equipment, far superior than other places I’ve been. I felt like she really cared for me as a patient and to me, it goes a long way. Thank you, Laser Away, I look forward to me next appointment.

Really Frustrated with this company, I purchased a package back in 2020, in short, I got overcharged and pointed at them on my first appointment, they told me management will clear it out and one area was not treated upon clearance of charges, on second appointment same story and again one area did not get treated, on my 3rd appointment finally management credit me in a form of another small area treated. I request for the two missing appointments (small areas not treated) to be scheduled but never happened, technically I paid for 8 sessions in one specific area and only got treated for 6, time passed and keep requesting status on my missing treatments, and every representative kept telling me management will contact you, finally on 6/21/22, management called and literally told me that per their nurse’s notes, all 8 sessions were done complete, in this case, the customer is a liar (me) and “unfortunately ” there is nothing they can do, if I want those missing areas treated I need to pay again, management (rep) was absolutely disrespectful and kept talking over me when I was trying to explain. I have never review business but this is frustrating especially because these treatments are not cheap, they are super nice to sell you packages but careful, because they might not honor their end, there are better options for your money up there than laseraway. I will not recommend them at all.

First of all, LaserAway clearly does not have enough appointment slots/locations for the volume of clientele that they have. Appointments are booked out 6 weeks in advance, and if something comes up in those 6 weeks (spoiler alert life happens) there is little to no flexibility with rescheduling your appointment. You will probably have to wait weeks to reschedule. Bad customer experience.
