I’ve been going to this Laseraway since 2020 for laser, botox, and lip filler and have always had a really positive experience. The staff are friendly and professional, but the real reason why I keep coming back to this location is because I feel like the nurses are talented and do procedures really safely. For laser, they’re careful about choosing a safe setting that isn’t painful, and for Botox/filler, I never feel overdone or overfilled. I really like the fact that they keep detailed files about their procedures, so they’re able to refer back to them and give me the same result, regardless of the nurse. The clinic is clean and decorative, which also puts me at ease. They find a nice balance between professionalism and fun, and that’s why it has been my go-to place since the pandemic.

Beyond frustrated with this place and whatever scheduling system they use is a complete joke. Over a year ago I started laser sessions to remove an old tattoo and unfortunately for me paid for the entire thing up front. I go every 10 weeks and I schedule my next appointment right there at the counter after each session. The last four appointments in a row have had some issue or another. First it was that my start time would change at random even though I had planned on my originally scheduled time FOR MONTHS. I have an appointment for tomorrow which has been on my calendar for over two months now. Never got a confirmation from them so I call today, “Your appointment was deleted.” I didn’t receive any notice of the deletion whatsoever nor any reason for it having been deleted. The staff doesn’t offer any explanation, any sort of compensation for the inconvenience or even any apology for something that is obviously their fault. Now I can’t even have my original appointment time anymore because they gave it away. Wish I could get my money back and go somewhere else.

I’ve had about 8 sessions of laser hair removal done. Paid thousands of dollars just to barely see results. I still have A LOT of hair. I also have skin discoloration and scars. Not only that, but the staff are extremely pushy and will try to get you to buy other things. Save your money. Better to get it done in a medical office.

I wanted to love Laser Away so badly, but after 9 sessions each in 3 different areas and using their “promo discount” that itself cost more than most LA laser facilities – it was just NOT worth the money. 9 sessions each on bikini, legs, and underarms and barely 30-40 hair loss. By the last 3 sessions we used the highest settings available and still felt like way too much hair was growing back.

I recently just purchased a laser package here. It was a treatment I had been thinking of doing for a while but was nervous. The staff at LaserAway in Santa Monica automatically made me feel so comfortable and everyone was so informative. My experience from start to finish has been absolutely amazing. The staff is so accommodating and really treated me with care. Everyone from the front desk staff to the nurse treating me. Don’t buy into the positive reviews. This business pays off fake reviews. They lie about their treatment effectiveness as well. I spent several thousand dollars on their services and still they give me terrible customer service. Go somewhere else.

I love coming to LaserAway every six weeks for my treatments. The clinic is always so clean and welcoming! My go to nurse is Ana. She is always so through during my treatment and we have the best conversations! Not to mention, this treatment actually works. Ive been coming here for a few months now for both laser hair removal and their Clear and Brilliant laser facial. After two sessions of laser hair removal i now have little to no hair in my underarms… like WOW. My skin has also been so clear since ive started clear and brilliant.
