Was told prior to service that I wouldn’t need anymore sessions but when I was done and saw the same hair growth I asked what were my options and I was told to buy another package. I got a promotion rate on underarm laser hair removal. I was very excited to use this opportunity as hair problem has been bothering me for years,. I had 9 sessions I believe, and 2 months later after I finished all of them all my hair is back and grows even faster. Very disappointing, waste of money. It’s good I didn’t purchase full leg hair removal for $3500+. It was always at least 10-15 min wait even tho my appointment took only 5 min. Reception girl are mean.

This place is a total scam. I paid $2k for 2 small laser treatments, and I am already seeing Re-growth. There are so many others places in LA that offer treatments for much cheaper, but I was tricked into buying into a promotion price. Nurses have no attention to detail and rush through the service. I finished my laser hair removal package a couple of months ago but wanted to wait to post this to see if the results would change. I saw little to no reduction in hair even though I was told I had the perfect hair type/skin color for laser hair removal. On my second to last session when I was asked how my hair reduction was I told them I didn’t see much of a difference and was told that it was because I was sensitive to the laser so they had to use it on a really low setting the entire time which I was never made aware of. I also wasn’t informed until my last or maybe second to last appointment on tips to avoid so much sensitivity to the laser. I’m still shaving the same amount as I was before this procedure which is frustrating because the packages at laser away are not cheap and now I have to go through it all over again somewhere else. I never write reviews but I wish I would have done more research on other places in the area before coming here so I hope this helps someone. I highly recommend looking elsewhere where you can more than likely find better results.

No longer going to use Laseraway. My last treatment needed 3 top ups when I have been a regular customer of Botox. I usually range about 26 units and a 3-4 units after to fix lines that were missed once in a while. This last treatment had me on 24 units the first time and I went back 2nd time to fix a left spot on forehead and asked for that area to be addressed specifically. The nurse had given an additional 20 units instead saying it would fix it. The result gave me a lift I did not want (super shiny stretched forehead and raised top). And worst of all it did not fix the left spot that I had asked for. I had to go back a 3rd time to fix and the same nurse said I only need 2 units to fix that line. I asked for a comp on the units that were supposedly used to treat the area of concern but Laseraway only said they will comp the 2 units. Then they said I could raised a ticket and get corporate to address the issue. I then had a guy called me who proceeded to argue and be so rude on the phone. He was talking over me and then said I wasn’t listening to him and when on to quote research has shown top ups can range from 6- 10units on areas of concern, and I needed more because I am no longer young?! Atrocious and insulting. Even so, he contradicts himself by saying that when it was 20 units that was administered by mistake and not even addressing the area of concern. I’m 38 and I use botox every 4-5 months and keep a regular maintenance package with Laseraway. I had said to him even if they will not comp some of the units then at least just admit the nurse made a mistake. He said “Excuse me!?” – in the most sarcastic manner. I had to put the phone down eventually because his insults were becoming more ridiculous by the minute. Worst service ever and very disappointed they have lost their touch on proper customer service since they have so many outlets now. Not surprise since they are happy to sell packages but would not care about the customer experience.

I had a bunch of laser hair removal in my life and all of the ones I had here didn’t work. I am not sure why that is but everywhere else I went, even years ago with older lasers, worked very good. This was a waste of money unfortunately.

They charged me knowing that I did not go for any single session and I Canceled prior to my first session by more than (1) week. They offered a good financing option through GreenSky and it seems they already charged GreenSky without me having one single session. Now my credit score went down by (55) points and I have to pay $2940 for something I did not have.
