I was always nervous about the idea of laser hair removal but Tina was very helpful, patient and kind! She made sure to provide all of the information I needed that I barely had any questions. Customer service always elevates the clients experience and I had an amazing one going into my first appointment. I was greeted with smiles and excitement! Diane is who treated me for laser hair removal and she was just outstanding!! She made me feel comfortable and she’s a fun person to talk to in general. I’m getting treated for laser hair removal here and I have to say this place is AMAZING! Not only is the service immaculate but the staff is sooooo kind and friendly and hospitable. I’m getting treated by nurse Sara and she is very knowledgeable and she knows what she’s doing. She’s always prepared to answer any questions you may have and she is super helpful. She is also super nice. Also the laser was not too painful and very much tolerable and I was able to see results from after just one session! The receptionist who greeted me, Rebecca, is so so sweet and she offered me coffee/water/tea while sitting in the comfy waiting room. All the receptionists are super sweet tbh but I don’t know all their names But if you’re looking for somewhere to get laser hair removal treatment this is definitely the place!!!!! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
