I had a wonderful experience with Nurse Rhiannon for my treatment. She was kind and walked me through the entire process. She was really attentive and she offered to ice the areas which made the whole experience a lot more comfortable. I appreciate her recommendation to get numbing treatment 30 mins prior to the appointment because I have stubborn hair and would love to be able tolerate higher laser energy to get a better result.
