From the very beginning the staff was so nice and welcoming! Everything flowed so smoothly. The staff here is so nice and patient, especially the nurse I had Sydney 🙂 I was so nervous to do laser hair removal and had a lot of questions about the whole process and they were all patient with me and explained everything. This is self care for me and was a financial investment so I was nervous but I’m so glad I started because the results are worth it! I’ve only had two sessions and I’m already seeing way less hair and it’s growing back way slower!!!

This is not specific to this location, just LaserAway as a brand. In my opinion, if you’re blonde or even lighter hair that they say “the laser works for”. It does not. I went through all my treatments, bought 3 additional extra hoping that’s what I needed, and still nothing. When I met with them for an ‘hair growth assessment’ they said they had to escalate it to management and it should be about a week. Well it’s been 3 weeks of me repeatedly calling them and still nothing. Do not waste your money on the laser hair removal.

Very disappointed from the horrible experience I had at this location. I was booked for my first cool sculpting session on December 3rd then I was rescheduled 2 weeks later because they were under staffed. Today I showed up for my session and I was not booked, apparently they forgot to scheduled my session. I will never go back to this place for any other services.

I scheduled an appointment at this location & when I got there everybody at the front desk is very unapproachable except for the lady with the colored eyes and eric(I believe) the location manager. For one, you hear them talking about you right there and 2. They will mark you down as a no show even if you call ahead. My first time ever doing laser hair removal and this place has not made me feel welcomed since beginning treatments. Seems to be race related at this point…..
