I had a consultation with Liana who provided me with in-depth information about a procedure I wanted to undergo. She was very knowledgeable not only in describing the physiologic changes that my body will undergo with the procedure but also what I may expect afterwards. Liana made me feel very comfortable and went above and beyond to answer my questions and call me to schedule a time that was convenient for me to have the procedure. I had a evaluation with RN Kristen which was also wonderful and in-depth. Ultimately I underwent with my procedure with RN Mani Who took great care of me. It was absolutely wonderful to have professionals around me to make me feel that the procedure I was having was safe and effective. All of the other people I met in the office were very kind as well. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

The girls and nurses here are so nice and welcoming and it is definitely a very comfortable experience I would like to add that it does get very cold so you can ask them for a blanket and they’ll happily provide you with one. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE, I bought the 8 sessions package for my armpits so It could be more effective but instead it got worse, now my armpits are dark and very itchy like it burned my skin and I have to shave everyday because the hair is coming back normal and thicker.

Let me first say the staff in the front is very friendly and helpful! BUT, I have gone for 2 sessions so far to remove two separate tattoos and there has been ZERO change in the tattoos. When I complained after the first session they said they would make a note to turn laser up for the next session. It’s been several weeks since my second session and the tattoo are still very dark and have not faded AT ALL! I have done tattoo removal in the past with NewLook and will definitely be returning to them for the rest of my tattoos. Very disappointed.

The people who work here are absolutely wonderful and were very nice trying to fit me into the schedule. That being said, I still have to shave my legs every day after 8 very expensive treatments. The only area I saw real change was my arm pits but unless I want to have a couple weird hairs, I’m still shaving those regularly too. And don’t even get my started on how ineffective it was on the Brazilian.

Called me for days to set up a time to come across town for a consultation. Set my appointment, confirmed I’ll be there for my appointment. I get there 10 minutes early and absolutely no one is in sight. I’m waiting in an empty lobby for 15 minutes until I finally hear people talking in the hallway and I try to get their attention they literally looked at me and continued with their conversation. I left, they clearly saw me leaving and still didn’t greet or ask if I’d been helped. Biggest waste of an afternoon and I live in Katy!
