They were SO KIND and friendly! I usually get treated in LA but was visiting Chicago and stopped in to stay on track with my treatments. They not only fit me in their schedule but were so chatty and kind from the second I walked in until the second I left!! The girls at the front desk even gave me recommendations of fun things to do in the area! The technician that actually did the hair removal was so kind and asked me if I was satisfied with the coverage after each section was completed. Overall the best experience I could have imagined!!

Aseel was very warm and welcoming from the moment we met which was big for me being a first timer! She constantly asked if I was doing okay, if I needed a break, talked with me and through the entire process, and helped distract me on the areas that were a bit more intense. Definitely ask for her for future reference. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I purchased a package to get laser hair removal for my legs, underarms, and bikini area. After about half of my 8 sessions I told the nurse I wasn’t seeing great results quite yet but was told to wait it out. Each session following I brought up my concern about the amount of hair growth I was seeing but was told to just “wait and see what this treatment did.” Honestly I feel completely gaslit.
