I went in for my first cool-sculpting session ever, really any body / injection session ever, and had Nurse Azemina administer it. She was so professional but also very comforting and friendly, that combo is really rare. She answered any questions I had, no matter how basic and made sure I was comfortable throughout with pillow and chair adjustments. I ordered a $1200 package and took out financing through them. I ended up canceling my package and never took the package. They were supposed to cancel my package more than a month ago. I called twice and sent an email, no follow up. They say they’ll call back but they never do. It’s funny because when I was interested in the service, they were very proactive about spamming via phone, email, etc, and perceived “friendly customer service”. Its really frustrating and annoying.

It’s always a pleasant place to visit. The results are working and couldn’t be happier. The nurses are professional and caring. The place is clean and presentable , and the receptionist are kind. The only thing that needs improvement is their answering service. I try to call to make changes to my appointment and the phone rings for hours with no response.
