Be aware the owner John Trzasko is a scam artist. I called Westminster location, asking about eyebrow tattoo removal and went to get consultation the same day because he said it was crucial to come asap to get all ink out. I had freshly tattooed eyebrows from the day before. I did the research and it is not recommended to have it done earlier than 6 weeks after the procedure. I mentioned it to him, and he told me it is the opposite. That he needs to do it asap for best results. I left, to think about it and he called back and pressured me into it, lying it needs to be done while the microblading wounds are fresh. He risked, me getting an infection and some of my existing eyebrows fell out. They are not growing back. Rest of my eyebrows are still bleached two months after the procedure because he used wrong laser on me. He didn’t tell me they would turn white and when it happened he said after I wash my face, most of it will go away. He lied about price as well, charging me for the “package” $1500. He said there was no other way, but to buy whole package instead of each session separate. He said I can get a payment plan. Don’t sign up for then payment plan because he will not care to ruin your credit score according to experience of others. According to him, I needed at least 9 session to remove it, which was not true either. After first treatment almost all ink was gone. The prices on line says treatment starting from $75 and package $300. I guess he sold me 5 packages of treatment I was not going to need. I called asking for the refund for the rest of the treatments. Customer service number is his personal number and there is no-one else to get hold of. He blocked my phone number and wouldn’t respond to my emails. My bank had to get my my money back from him after I filed a claim and it took two months. Please be careful and don’t forget to report business like his to DORA. He is only looking for the profit no matter the risk and outcome. By the way you can recognize him easily. He is covered in tattoos head to toes (What it looks like) . Nothing like the picture on his business site.
