If you have skin concerns, then save your money and skin health and go to a board certified dermatologist. I was interested in a laser treatment but was talked into getting my skin burned with a different treatment. The office never called in my numbing gel even though I called them several times before my appointment day. The “doctor” was late to our scheduled appointment and told me no numbing gel would be provided. He would not let me reschedule. It was a painful, unpleasant treatment that left red scabs on my face. He did more areas than I asked for. He acted like I was wasting his time as he burned a layer of my skin. Overall, the result is permanently inflammed areas on my skin and no improvement. Afterwards, he tried to sell me a laser treatment that I initially asked for but told me the burning procedure was more appropriate for my concern. Will not be returning and highly disappointed.
